Tip 1 - The average lifespan of a toothbrush is three months. Upgrade in order to give your choppers the best chance and always change it if you’ve been a bit under the weather.

Tip 3 - Look out for multibuys and buy in bulk. Toilet paper and soap can be stored in another cupboard so you’re never caught short.
