Progressive Enterprises recalls fan heater
Progressive Enterprises has today issued a recall of an oscillating fan heater.
The 2000W heater is sold under the Home Collection brand name in Countdown, Foodtown, Woolworths, SuperValue and FreshChoice Supermarkets throughout New Zealand.
The heater is being recalled due to a potential safety hazard caused by incorrect assembly where wires may come into contact with the heating element and may cause smoke, fumes or fire. There have been no reports of injury and no other products in the Home Collection range are affected.
The product was sold between March and May 2011 and specific details are as follows:

Customers are asked to return the products to any Countdown, Foodtown, Woolworths, SuperValue and FreshChoice Supermarkets for a full refund.
