We recognise that our management roles require people who possess excellent leadership skills and experience, broad retail knowledge and a real desire to make a contribution to our business.
As such, we have a strong Department Management Development Plan in place to support our managers to further their careers with us. This programme is made up of on-job learning and workshops. This programme is supported by senior leaders from our business who can share their experiences and knowledge.
