Description:
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and experienced Baker with the desire to take their career to the next level!
In this busy, 'hands on' role you will be involved in the production of our bakery range including a variety of breads, muffins and cakes. You will place a strong focus on quality, presentation, food safety and health and safety standards. In addition, you will provide excellent customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Practical Bakery experience, preferably gained within a large retail environment
- A commitment to producing quality products
- Excellent personal presentation and cleanliness
- An understanding of Food Safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with team and customers from a variety of backgrounds
- Motivation, commitment and a proven record of reliability
