Gillian Davie
- General Manager - Human Resources
Commencing her retail career nearly 20 years ago, Gillian Davie has a wide and varied retail background. After working in a Newsagency whilst studying, she joined Woolworths in 1994 as a trainee and worked in stores for the first three years. She then moved into a training role looking after Bakery and Meat apprentices and eventually took a national role in Australia. Since then, Gillian has held head of HR roles for Woolworths IT Division, Dick Smith Electronics (Aust), and Corporate roles in managing Recruitment, Remuneration and HR Operations for Woolworths Limited.
